New Year’s Resolutions

How many years have gone by when you have promised yourself you would give up something like junk food, eating out, spending money or you would start working out, keeping a clean house, getting up earlier. These are all very common “New Year’s Resolutions” that I see people around me making each year. They are also ones that I have promised myself I would complete. No surprise, I usually end up giving up on my resolutions fairly quickly…embarrassingly quickly actually. I typically give up on my resolution by the second week of the new year (yikes), this year I have decided to keep myself accountable by writing this blog.
